Training Prompt Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 8, 2026 · Provider: NewPower Studios

This policy explains how the Training Prompt application for Android, iPhone and iPad (package name / bundle identifier com.newpower.flashlightapp) handles information. You can use the app without creating an account with NewPower Studios.

Information stored on your device

Training settings, prompt lists, colors, text, progress-related state, and entitlement cache are stored locally on your device. If you choose images for a training prompt, the app accesses only the images you select and stores their references or local copies on your device. NewPower Studios does not upload your selected images or training content to its own servers. You can remove local information by deleting content in the app, clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling the app.

Advertising and consent

The free version uses Google AdMob to show interstitial advertising. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers (including the Android advertising ID and app- or device-scoped identifiers on Apple devices), IP address, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals. The data used and whether ads are personalized depend on your region and consent choices.

Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) is used to request and remember consent where required. Advertising requests remain disabled unless the consent platform reports that ads may be requested. Where required, you can reopen the consent form from Settings → Ad Privacy Choices. Purchasing Permanent Premium removes advertising; the app also does not request ads while premium status is unresolved.

On iPhone and iPad, the app does not currently request App Tracking Transparency permission. Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) is unavailable without that permission. Advertising consent collected through UMP is separate from Apple's tracking permission.

Purchases and Permanent Premium

Google Play Billing processes Android purchases, and Apple processes App Store purchases on iPhone and iPad. Permanent Premium (also called Lifetime Premium) is a one-time ad-removal purchase. RevenueCat is used to validate, restore, and synchronize the purchase entitlement. These providers may process a pseudonymous app user identifier, product and transaction identifiers, purchase status, app version and device platform. Purchase records also support RevenueCat dashboard analytics. NewPower Studios does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Sharing, sale, and retention

NewPower Studios does not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers described in this policy as needed to deliver advertising, consent, purchase, and entitlement services. Local app information remains until you remove it or uninstall the app. Third-party information is retained according to each provider's policies and applicable legal requirements.

Third-party privacy information

Your choices and deletion

You can decline or manage advertising consent when UMP presents those choices, manage advertising privacy controls in your device settings, avoid selecting images, clear local app storage, or uninstall the app. You can restore an eligible Permanent Premium purchase using the same Google Play or App Store account that made the purchase. Purchases on one store do not automatically transfer to the other store. For privacy or deletion questions involving NewPower Studios, contact us at pjuneye@gmail.com.

Support requests

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and keep correspondence as needed to resolve it or meet legal requirements. Please do not send passwords or payment-card information. You may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence.

Children

Training Prompt is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service, contact us so we can help route the request.

Security and policy changes

We use reasonable safeguards and HTTPS for the online copy of this policy, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. We may update this policy when the app, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
